Notice, privacy and responsibility
TenderLab is a personal, free and educational project devoted to the mathematical analysis of economic scoring formulas used in Spanish public procurement.

Scope and responsibility
TenderLab provides mathematical simulations and information. It does not provide legal, financial or professional advice and does not replace examination of the applicable tender documents, procurement file or legislation.
Although the information and calculations are reviewed, errors or differences in interpretation, rounding or parameter settings may occur. Before making a decision, each user must verify the formula and results against the original sources. Use of the tool is at the user's own responsibility.
Real cases are anonymised. Their economic figures and outcomes are preserved while identifying details of the procurement file and bidders are omitted.
Privacy and contact
TenderLab does not offer forms, user accounts or newsletters, and does not ask visitors for names, email addresses or messages.
Contact takes place on LinkedIn and is subject to that platform's privacy policy. Technical hosting on Render may generate basic access and security logs needed to serve the website.
Cookies and technical storage
TenderLab does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Search optimisation relies on public content, metadata, canonical links and sitemaps, without identifying or tracking visitors. The browser may only use technical local or session storage to recover resources and retain application preferences.
